Thank you for your interest in joining CTFC as a Grower! We value our members so much, and work hard to provide you with a high-return sales outlet with a larger reach than most farms can achieve on their own.

Acceptance is based on the requirements below as well as the market’s demands; we typically accept only one or two new growers per year. Applications tend to open in November/December and close January 1.

Required

At least two seasons of professional cut flower growing, WHOLESALE PREFERRED (for example, selling to designers, selling to shops, or doing weddings. Similar experience may be accepted, and can be discussed at the interview)

Annual flower sales of at least $5000

Ability to follow the weekly availability and delivery schedule of the Collective. Must have plans for order transport to the Collective on Tuesdays between 10 am-3pm in place

Agree to have and maintain availability account on Rooted

Complete grower training and contract before first market date

EIN and Sales and Use Tax ID

Certificate of Insurance

Ability to pack and label varieties according to Collective standard

Commitment to direct specific amount of sales through CTFC as discussed during off season

Preferred

Over 10k in average annual flower sales

Variety specialization or large volume/variety potential

At least 2 years of wholesale growing experience
